These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the AI Growth Workshop (“Workshop”) hosted by IMS. By registering, you accept the following terms.

1. Access & Participation

• The Workshop will take place live on Zoom
  
  
• Free participants attend in listen-only mode
  
  
• VIP participants receive additional access (Q&A, funnel review, workbook, recording)
  
  

2. VIP Access

• VIP access is optional and priced at $97
  
  
• Payment is required before access is granted
  
  
• VIP status is non-transferable and non-shareable
  
  

3. Refund Policy

If you attend and find no value, request a full refund within 7 days using https://ims.net/contact/. Refunds are only honored for attendees. No refunds are issued for no-shows.

4. Intellectual Property

All Workshop content (including slides, video, frameworks, and workbooks) is owned by IMS. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse content without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in revoked access and legal action.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Disrupt or hijack the live session
  
  
• Harass hosts or other participants
  
  
• Share links, login details, or materials with non-registrants
  
  

Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

6. No Guarantees

Results are not promised. All content is educational and designed to support your decision-making. You are solely responsible for your outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for VIP access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes must be resolved in Cook County, Illinois.

9. Recording Notice

The Workshop will be recorded. If you speak or appear on camera, you may be included in the replay. Attendance serves as consent to being recorded.

10. Feedback & Testimonials

We reserve the right to use your written or verbal feedback, including chat comments, survey responses, and testimonials, in future marketing or training content. We will anonymize or request approval before attribution.

11. Changes to Workshop or Access

We may adjust the Workshop format, timing, platform, or content at our discretion. VIP services may be delivered via replay or alternate methods if a live change occurs.

12. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for your inability to attend due to issues with internet, software, or devices. VIPs will receive a recording to accommodate this.

13. Communication Consent

By registering, you agree to receive Workshop-related emails and future promotions. You can unsubscribe anytime.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to causes beyond our control, including acts of God, illness, power outages, or platform failure.
